Jim Dew’s affinity for investing and financial matters began in college when he majored in mathematics. Jim brought his love of finances to his career as a Certified Financial Planner®. In the past, he has been a compliance officer and regional manager for a national financial services company. His experience supervising financial planners motivated him to start his own independent firm in order to provide unbiased, objective advice.

Jim is also active in the community and has raised over $700,000 for the Boys and Girls Club of Phoenix in the last ten years. He continues to work with other children’s charitable organizations and is passionate about helping others.
Jim is a native Arizonan and a resident of Scottsdale. He values fitness and a healthy lifestyle, particularly enjoying reading, hiking, and golfing. Jim has been married for more than 20 years to his beautiful wife, Mimi. He is still crazy about her.
Mimi Dew, Vice President
Mimi and Jim had a vision in 1999 to create a firm with high integrity, trust, and commitment. She hoped to establish a firm that provided quality, personalized service to each individual client. Today, Dew Wealth Management is living proof of that vision. As principal of the firm, Mimi guides the firm’s vision and goals for the long term by implementing new programs and procedures.
Mimi is responsible for overseeing the financial activities and ensuring overall efficient operation of the firm. She has over ten years experience in sales and marketing prior to Dew Wealth, including eight years as Specialty Representative with Johnson & Johnson. In addition to Dew Wealth, she is passionate about Health & Fitness where she has over 30 years of experience. Her other passions include spending time with Jackson (the dog she and Jim rescued as a puppy) and charitable causes for children.
Mimi is a graduate of Arizona State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree.
Rachel Meemken, Director of Client Services
Rachel began her career with Dew Wealth Management in 2002. She manages client services for the firm. Rachel’s character, integrity, attention to detail, and work ethic are a true asset to the firm. Her solid relationships with Dew Wealth clients are a true indication of her dedication to providing outstanding customer service. Before joining Dew Wealth, Rachel worked for AZ Wholesale/QDI as assistant to the president for several years. Her many years of experience and office skills were a perfect combination to bring to Dew Wealth Management.
Rachel is an avid reader, enjoys NFL football, and computer games. She lives in Phoenix with special cats Mr. Peanut and Little Debbie.
Tony Conde, Office Manager
Tony brings many years of extensive experience in customer service and office management. Previously, she was a Client Service Manager for a busy financial services firm where she was responsible for all client account processing.
Tony says, “Delivering great client service (the kind of service that makes positive, lasting impressions) takes more than simple courtesy. I try to understand the clients’ needs. It means creating a positive and memorable experience in a unique and unexpected way.”
She was born in Mexico City and moved to the United States in 1990. During her years in Mexico City, Tony worked for the Health Department in Public Relations with the media. Once in the United States, she worked for America West Airlines for 12 years as a Customer Service Representative and In-flight Services Analyst ensuring compliance with company service standards.
Tony speaks Spanish fluently and enjoys classical music, reading and playing guitar.
She has a son and two granddaughters who still live in Mexico.
